FABRIC DETAILS

Print your own seamless pattern designs. Your design will be printed on either:

Cotton Jersey Fabric

70% stretch percentage on the horizontal (width)

60% stretch percentage on the vertical (length) 

210-220gsm

160cm Width

95% Cotton 5% Elastine

 

Premium French Terry

 Our Premium French Terry fabric is super soft thanks to the lightly brushed looped back on the reverse of the fabric.

40% Stretch percentage on the horizontal (width)

60% Stretch Percentage on the vertical (length) 

250gsm

160cm Width

95% Cotton 5% Elastine

The prices include your fabrics being put onto a bolt for ease of unrolling and cutting at your end. 

ORDERING DEADLINES AND TURNAROUND TIME

We place our order with the printers ONCE every month on the 15th of the month. The Turnaround time is approx 6 weeks from the 15th of the month following your order.

For example if you order on 1st September, your order will be submitted to our printers on 15th September and will be with you approx the End of October. 

Over and under printing of order 

Occasionally our printers can over print your order. In this situation you will be offered the extra printed at a discounted rate of £7 per metre. 

Occasionally our printers can under print your order. In this situation you will be refunded the full metre price for your order.  

SENDING YOUR FILE OR UPLOADING

There is an option to upload your files to your order (Website only, not available via our APP).

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING SENDING YOUR FILE

Please do not use your photo to save your file and then upload it again. You should be using a laptop or you can forward me the email directly from the designer to me (this is preferred). When saving your files via your phone, you can reduce the quality of the file and the dpi. This can result in the file being printed at the incorrect scale. 

if you need any help regarding sending your file, please message me. 

Your file should be 300dpi.

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES ARE: JPG, TIF, PSD, PNG 

FILE CHECK 

I check the file as standard, this includes checking the scale and the DPI. I will contact you if your scale looks exceptionally big or small. If you would like your file resizing to a specific size please add a note to your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MY FILE CHECK DOES NOT CHECK OR COVER FOR ANY ERRORS WITHIN THE DESIGN SUCH AS THE REPEAT PATTERN OR COLOURS NOT PRINTING AS EXPECTED.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Digital printed fabric can contain small flaws within the print. This may include such things as small white specks, some small amounts of ink transfer/smudging. This is always to be expected with printing your own fabric, flaws are usually minimal and no larger than 20p piece and can usually be worked around. If there are major flaws within the print, the printer will always reprint your design at no extra cost.

You are responsible for supplying your design in the correct format. Little Legs Fabrics will not take any responsibility for designs which do not repeat correctly or are distorted in any way. I would expect my printer to inform me if there are any issues with the file before it goes to print so this shouldn’t happen. Any issues with your file should be taken up with your designer.

Shipping & Despatch

We aim to despatch all in stock orders received before midday Monday-Friday on that same day. Orders received after midday on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.

We like to give you all available options for your delivery costs so you have the freedom to choose the best option for you.

At checkout you’ll be able to choose from;

Royal Mail 1st Class - Large Letter if your order is under 100g. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver Next Day, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims for a two day delivery, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.

DPD - full tracked next day delivery, text or email with a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery.

DHL 24/48 - Aims to deliver within 24 hours but can sometimes be 48 hours. 

 

Returns / Terms and Conditions

Returns are accepted but you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the reason for your return. Fabrics will only be refunded if they are received back to us in the original condition and must not have been cut or pre washed. 

Please send clear photographs if there are any issues or damage to your fabrics to sales@littlelegsfabrics.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the fabric.

Refunds will only be provided for the fabric and not the shipping costs unless your fabric is damaged. Returns must be paid for by the customer unless the fabric is damaged or incorrect in any way. 

All fabrics are cut and measured by hand, as such there can sometimes be an under or over cut of up to 3cm, in this case, a refund or exchange will not be offered. If you feel your fabric has been under cut by more than 3cm, please send us an email.
