Queries about order updates
All orders for in stock fabrics are shipped within 3/4 working days, this does not include weekends. You can check your email inbox (also check your spam or junk) to see if you have received a dispatch notification.
If you have ordered in stock fabrics along with any pre order fabrics, then your order will only be sent once the pre order fabrics arrive in stock.
If your order has been shipped, then please allow upto 2 weeks for Royal Mail and 3 days for DPD, before we can look into the status of your order.
Adding to my order
The only way you can add to your order is to submit a new order and add a note at checkout asking for your order to be combined (please state the order number). When your order is processed, a refund will be issued for any postage which isn't required.
Queries about stock
Stock levels can change rapidly, where we can, we will always try to restock popular designs. You can sign up for notifications on our website if a product is out of stock and you will receive an email when or if it returns in stock. If the product is no longer on our website then it is unlikely to return.
Queries about Pre-Orders
When ordering pre orders please make a note about the expected delivery time, all pre order deliveries are estimates and sometimes can run over by 1-2 weeks. You can also check our social media pages (facebook and instagram) for further updates.
Complaints or problems with your order
All complaints or any problems with an order, please send me an email to resolve.
This number is based on the amount left to pre order. All Pre Orders are already on order when they are listed on the website. Please check the dates in the description for delivery details.
Sometimes yes, you can message me on social media or email me to check. If the fabric choice ordered isn’t in stock, it will need to be sent to print especially and this can take 3/4 weeks.
