The Genoveva Top is the perfect blend of glamour and ease. It has a beautiful shape and statement flutter sleeves, plus a relaxed fit so you can wear it all day in complete comfort. It is named after the Genoveva Azure butterfly – a beautiful and intriguing butterfly native to South Australia.
The Genoveva has pleats at the shoulder and dramatic, butterfly-inspired sleeves. Choose between a full length, swing-style top with a gentle hi-lo hem, or an elasticated crop. There is also a separate pattern piece for those who require a full bust adjustment.
The Genoveva is designed for lightweight woven fabrics with some drape. Viscose, rayon and silk are all perfect. Stiffer, lightweight woven fabrics such as cotton poplin or linen will make a dramatic, sculptural top.
This pattern sits somewhere between advanced beginner and intermediate. It is not complex and is a relatively quick sew, but has a few interesting techniques involved.

WHATS INCLUDED
This is a paper pattern.
You will receive the A0 paper copy of the pattern along with a printed set of instructions presented in an A4 envelope.
Shipping & Despatch
We aim to despatch all in stock orders received before midday Monday-Friday on that same day. Orders received after midday on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
We like to give you all available options for your delivery costs so you have the freedom to choose the best option for you.
At checkout you’ll be able to choose from;
Royal Mail 1st Class - Large Letter if your order is under 100g.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver Next Day, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims for a two day delivery, Tracked service including text or email with delivery confirmation and tracking.
DPD - full tracked next day delivery, text or email with a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
DHL 24/48 - Aims to deliver within 24 hours but can sometimes be 48 hours.
Returns / Terms and Conditions

Returns are accepted but you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the reason for your return. Fabrics will only be refunded if they are received back to us in the original condition and must not have been cut or pre washed.
Please send clear photographs if there are any issues or damage to your fabrics to sales@littlelegsfabrics.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the fabric.
Refunds will only be provided for the fabric and not the shipping costs unless your fabric is damaged. Returns must be paid for by the customer unless the fabric is damaged or incorrect in any way.
All fabrics are cut and measured by hand, as such there can sometimes be an under or over cut of up to 3cm, in this case, a refund or exchange will not be offered. If you feel your fabric has been under cut by more than 3cm, please send us an email.
